TorranceLearning partnered with HSG to develop a custom Learning Project Ignition session, based on Agile methods. We’ll use the session to kick off large scale training projects with multiple courses, multiple course experts, and complex timelines. It can also be tailored for smaller and less complex projects. Helene’s approach is very flexible, and she brings a wealth of experience. Now that we’ve used the session design, we can see its power – and so can our clients.
