The Problem: A local business accelerator organization needed to re-evaluate their processes for working with entrepreneurs and business start-ups. They experienced inconsistent processes and response rates to the businesses they sought to serve. New roles for many of the staff offered an opportunity to seek improvement.

Solution: Helene of HSG Consulting led and facilitated a seminal meeting of five of their central team members to address three key processes within their organization. Leading the team through discussion and brainstorming, each member provided input on the current situation along with their specific needs for the business process.  The team identified critical areas for improvement through the use of colored dots and voting.

By buidling a non-threatening and welcoming environment, all team members collaborated for the first time to streamline and refine their key processes. All team members were enable to engage fully in the session by involving an experienced and independent third party to facilitate the meeting.
